At Perfumed.store, we strive to provide high-quality decant perfumes that meet our customers' expectations. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused and Unopened: The decant perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Within Return Window: The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective or Incorrect: The decant perfume is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info.perfumed@gmail.com or through our contact form.
- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or documentation.
- Return Shipping: Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please package the item securely and ship it back to us.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
- Full Refund: If the decant perfume is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
- Partial Refund: If the decant perfume is returned unused and unopened, you will receive a partial refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Exceptions:
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or Special Orders: Decant perfumes that are custom-made or special orders cannot be returned.
- Used or Opened Items: Decant perfumes that have been used or opened cannot be returned.
